Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier operations.
For customers located in major cities, delivery is typically completed within two to four business days after dispatch.
For customers residing in remote regions or less accessible areas, delivery may take approximately four to seven business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Dr Nutrition offers Cash on Delivery (COD) services across most locations in Pakistan.
However, for selected high-value orders, bulk purchases, or orders requiring additional verification, customers may be asked to provide partial or full advance payment before shipment.
Such measures are implemented solely to ensure order authenticity and reduce fraudulent transactions.
Parcel Inspection & Unboxing Requirement
To protect both customers and the company against fraudulent claims, Dr Nutrition strongly recommends recording a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video should begin before opening the package and continue until all contents are fully visible.
This video may be required when reporting concerns related to missing products, incorrect items, damaged goods, or packaging issues.
Claims submitted without adequate unboxing evidence may not qualify for replacement, refund, or compensation.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all products carefully upon delivery before use.
Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, certain circumstances beyond our control may result in delays.
Such circumstances may include courier operational issues, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, security concerns, or periods of exceptionally high order volume.

Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including their full name, shipping address, city, and contact number.
Dr Nutrition cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Orders requiring re-dispatch due to inaccurate details may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Undelivered & Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address information, or failure to respond to courier communication, Dr Nutrition reserves the right to take appropriate action.
Such action may include cancellation of future Cash on Delivery privileges, application of additional shipping charges for re-delivery, or requiring advance payment for future purchases.
Repeated incidents may result in restrictions on future ordering privileges.
Damaged Packages During Transit
If a parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers should immediately notify the courier representative and contact Dr Nutrition customer support as soon as possible.
To assist with investigation and claim processing, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging condition, and an unboxing video where available.
