At Dr Nutrition, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. We take great care in ensuring that every product delivered is genuine, manufacturer-sealed, and handled according to strict quality standards.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Dr Nutrition, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Opened Products Are Not Eligible for Return
To maintain product integrity, hygiene standards, and customer safety, Dr Nutrition does not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with.
Once a manufacturer's seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, the product becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products in their original and untouched condition.
2. Return Eligibility for Unopened Products
A return request may be considered only if the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original manufacturer-sealed packaging.
Requests for returns must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the order. Customers must provide proof of purchase, including the original invoice and order details.
All returned products are subject to inspection and verification by our quality assurance team before approval is granted.
Dr Nutrition reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders
We strive to ensure that every order is packed accurately and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or an incomplete shipment, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
To assist with verification, customers must provide their order number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, Dr Nutrition may, at its discretion, arrange a replacement product or issue a refund through the original payment method.
Please note that claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, certain products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
This includes products that have been opened, used, consumed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, special discounts, bundle offers, or limited-time deals may also be excluded from return eligibility.
Gift cards, store credits, and digital promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase whenever possible.
Once a refund request has been approved, processing may take approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution involved.
Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, transaction fees, and service charges are non-refundable unless the refund is a result of an error made by Dr Nutrition.
6. Supplement Safety & Usage Disclaimer
Dr Nutrition supplies dietary supplements, sports nutrition products, proteins, mass gainers, vitamins, pre-workouts, and wellness products intended for personal use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased is suitable for their individual health conditions, dietary requirements, and local regulations.
Certain performance-enhancing supplements and stimulant-based products may contain ingredients that are restricted in some countries or regions. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compliance with applicable laws before purchasing or using such products.
Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disorders, liver conditions, or cardiovascular concerns, should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming any supplement.
Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and individuals under medical supervision should seek professional medical advice prior to use.
Dr Nutrition shall not be held responsible for adverse reactions, allergic responses, misuse of products, or consequences resulting from failure to follow manufacturer instructions and professional medical guidance.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before they have entered the processing or shipping stage.
Once an order has been packed, processed, dispatched, or handed over to a courier service, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before completing the checkout process.
